Tl’azt’en Nation has filled key Administration vacancies, including hiring Associate Executive Director Oliver Ray and Housing Manager Terrance Thomas, and adding the Nation’s first Social Worker. 

Major projects are advancing, including Community Hall site clearing and upcoming foundation tendering over the winter for work beginning Spring 2026. Housing continues to expand with completed triplexes and new tiny homes and single-family homes underway, alongside work toward a comprehensive Housing Policy and Long-Term Housing Plan.

Community safety actions are underway, including the start of employee drug testing on December 3, 2025, and a transition to Nation-led security patrols starting December 15, 2025. Planning is also advancing for a Prince George satellite office and an away-from-home community navigator.
