We are thrilled to introduce our Comprehensive Community Plan (CCP), a roadmap designed to empower our community and foster sustainable growth. Adopted at the 37th Annual General Assembly on September 13-15, 2023, our CCP comprises thirteen crucial points that encapsulate our collective aspirations and commitment to the well-being of the Tl’azt’enne and the Tl’azt’en Nation.
1. Dakelh Language and Culture:
Preserving and revitalizing our Dakelh language and culture are at the heart of our CCP. Through educational initiatives, cultural events, and language programs, we aim to ensure the passing down of our rich heritage to future generations.
2. Mental Wellness and Substance Use Services:
Prioritizing the mental health of our community, our CCP outlines comprehensive mental wellness and substance use services. By providing accessible support systems and reducing stigma, we strive to create an environment where every individual feels valued and cared for.
