Tl’azt’en Nation is hiring a Health Manager to lead community-based health services rooted in Dakelh values and the Tl’azt’en Nation Community Health Plan. This senior leadership role oversees an interprofessional team, coordinates prevention, intervention and post-vention services, and ensures programs are safe, effective and culturally respectful.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Health Manager will supervise staff, manage budgets and funding proposals, support emergency and public health responses, and build strong partnerships with FNHA, Northern Health, and other agencies. The position is based at the Tl’azt’en Nation Administration Office in Tache, BC, with some travel to surrounding communities.
