Join the Tl’azt’en Health Society Board of Directors!
The Tl’azt’en Health Society is inviting three (3) dedicated community members to join our newly formed Health Society as directors. This is a unique opportunity to represent your community and help oversee health funding proposals that support our Nation’s well-being.
About the Role:
- Serve as a community representative, ensuring best practices and transparency in decision-making.
- Review Health Centre annual funding proposals within established guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Health Director and Council members to allocate funds annually.
- Terms are staggered and up to four (4) years.
- A stipend is provided for your valuable contributions.
- Minimal time commitment required.
Eligibility:
- Must be a Tl’azt’en member for at least two (2) years.
- No two immediate family members can hold a director seat at the same time.
- Employees of the Health Society or Chief and Council cannot hold voting seats.
